If you haven’t heard already, we’re hosting our first ever supper club on Thursday 8th August, it’s called In Yer Mouth and it’s going to be fit.
We’re especially excited about the whole thing and here’s why:
For a good while, myself and Gary have been umming and aahing over the opportunity to collaborate with some of our favourite suppliers across the city. There’s an abundance of talent in Manchester’s current food & drink industry; from craft brewers, world-acclaimed pizzerias, pop-up street food champions and re-imagined fine dining (done right). Manchester is leading the way when it comes to independent dining experiences and we’re over the moon to be in the heart of it.
It’s also no secret that Gary is our best Head Chef to date. Not to blow too much smoke up his arse, but he just gets it. If you’ve tried any of our recent specials, new summer food menu dishes or our FIRE new corporate buffets – you’ll get it. Seen our 2019 Christmas menus? Yep, you guessed it, that’s the genius work of Gary Weir. Ooooooft, he’s good.
So what we’re about to pull off, is by far, the most exciting project of ours yet.
We’re collaborating with Ancoats legends, Seven Bro7hers & Sis4ers Distillery for a six-course taster menu with drinks pairings to make you swoon. Gary has curated a menu, inspired by nostalgic, soulful dishes from across the North – all lushed up and plated with some serious craft. Would you expect anything less?
Don’t just take my word for it though, I’m absolutely bias, but I’m not wrong.

The collaboration also surpasses Thursday’s event, as we will be training our bar team over at the Bro7hers Brewery & the Sis4ers distillery, giving them the knowledge and understanding of the products on Thursday to create their own drinks specials over the coming month. Of course, you can also get a glug of the action – as we encourage you to not only come down and try the team’s drinks, but also sample the range of exclusive beers and gins from our new pals in the bar.
