We are very centrally located and our nearest station is Oxford Road. You can also make a ten-minute journey by foot from either St Peter’s Square or Deansgate tram stops, or a five-minute walk from the Principal Hotel bus stop on Oxford Road.

CLUB + LIVE Q's

All of our ticket sales are online via our website and Eventim. As we sell to a capacity, once our tickets are sold out – that’s the lot unfortunately. We don’t do any physical ticketing at the venue, to buy a ticket, click here: https://www.thisisgorilla.com/stage_club.php

If the event has not sold out, we will possibly have them available to buy on the door. Please note, they may be slightly more than the online ticket price and we always advise booking ahead to avoid disappointment.

Lost paper tickets/ticket confirmation?

If you have an email with a barcode from your ticket provider, don’t worry, we’ll be able to get you in. Just bring proof of ID, please!

If you can’t find an email with a barcode, you’ll need to contact your ticket provider directly.

From the 19th July 2021 we will be operating the venue at full capacity. Keeping our venues a Covid free environment is a collaborative effort from us all. Help us keep live music and clubbing alive and safe. If you have symptoms please don’t turn up to the venues.

NHS Track and Trace – It’s still possible to check into our venues using the NHS Track and Trace app.

Masks – As we are now operating at full capacity and in a small enclosed space we will recommend all customers to wear a mask on entry and when moving around in the venue.

Sanitising Stations – We will have hand sanitisation stations at regular intervals through the venues so you can always top up throughout the show or club night.

Lateral Flow Tests – Please don’t come to the venues if you know you are infectious. We would advise to take a lateral flow test 48 hours before attending a show. You can order free lateral flow tests through the post here- https://www.gov.uk/order-coronavirus-rapid-lateral-flow-tests

Get Vaccinated – We all want that full live gigging and clubbing experience back and the quickest way to get there is to  go and get vaccinated and the very first opportunity. Get vaccinated, get double vaccinated.

Clean Air – We have a top of the range Air conditioning system that we will have on throughout the venue at all times.

Cleaning – High impact areas will be sanitised on a regular basis and the venues deep cleaned after every event.

At Gorilla we firmly believe in music for everyone. We offer complimentary carers tickets and try our very best to cater to all access needs. Please email our Venue Manager with any queries and we’ll do our very best to get you in.

No man-bags, tracksuits, sportswear, baseball caps or footie tops.

Trainers and shorts are OK!

As soon as we have the set times from our event promoters, we’ll update them on our website. Usually, we don’t have these until the day – but as soon as we know, you’ll know. You can always check the Facebook event page as that is updated in real-time will show any last-minute changes.
