HOW TO FIND US

We are very centrally located and our nearest station is Oxford Road. You can also make a ten-minute journey by foot from either St Peter’s Square or Deansgate tram stops, or a five-minute walk from the Principal Hotel bus stop on Oxford Road.

Our Club entrance is under the tunnel and will accessible when the event doors open, you can check the timings on our social media on the day. Please note: we do not have a physical box office at our venue. All our tickets are online and will either be sent to you physically or via email. If you have any queries regarding tickets, please check out our FAQ below.

 

BOOKING POLICIES

If you need to change your reservation at all, the easiest way to do so is by giving us a call on 0161 826 2998. Pre-orders can also be amended without needing our team, by your lead booker via your pre-order link.|

Please note we do not pay commission on any of our private hire bookings, sorry about that!

Please note, our food contains allergens which are also found in our kitchen and prep areas. We can cater to pretty much any allergen or dietary requirement – ALWAYS notify our team when ordering or when pre-ordering any food and drinks.

We also have gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan options available on our à la carte menu. For anything a little bit more bespoke, please chat to our teams who can guide you through our allergen matrix and menus.

ALLERGENS Guide

We absolutely love having dogs in to see us, under 18’s are allowed too, please note, the curfew for both is 7pm.

If you have lost any of your belongings, give us a call or drop us an email with an identifiable description. Please note, we find approximately 5 iPhones per Saturday night, so please be specific! If found, you will need to collect the item in person and may be asked to prove your identity. You can email venuemanager@thisisgorilla.com with the details.

CLUB + LIVE Q's

All of our ticket sales are online via our website and Eventim. As we sell to a capacity, once our tickets are sold out – that’s the lot unfortunately. We don’t do any physical ticketing at the venue, to buy a ticket, click here: https://www.thisisgorilla.com/stage_club.php

If the event has not sold out, we will possibly have them available to buy on the door. Please note, they may be slightly more than the online ticket price and we always advise booking ahead to avoid disappointment.

Lost paper tickets/ticket confirmation?

If you have an email with a barcode from your ticket provider, don’t worry, we’ll be able to get you in. Just bring proof of ID, please!

If you can’t find an email with a barcode, you’ll need to contact your ticket provider directly.

At Gorilla we firmly believe in music for everyone. We offer complimentary carers tickets and try our very best to cater to all access needs. Please email our Venue Manager with any queries and we’ll do our very best to get you in.

Access Guide

No man-bags, tracksuits, sportswear, baseball caps or footie tops.

Trainers and shorts are OK!

As soon as we have the set times from our event promoters, we’ll update them on our website. Usually, we don’t have these until the day – but as soon as we know, you’ll know. You can always check the Facebook event page as that is updated in real-time will show any last-minute changes.
